Partial Dentures

VALPLAST/CHROME PARTIAL DENTURES

Ideal for: Patients who still have and intend to keep some of their natural teeth

Benefits: Combines the thinness of Chrome in areas which are not visible with the aesthetics of gum coloured Valplast to achieve the best of both worlds in terms of fit and appearance.

If you want the best of both worlds, Chrome dentures are thinner and consequently more comfortable and less noticeable in the mouth but are made of chrome – which does not blend well with teeth or gums. Valplast on the other hand is visually un-noticeable in the mouth but is slightly thicker than chrome, which means it is more noticeable in your mouth in terms of fit and feel. Combining these two materials allows us to give you the best of both worlds by using the chrome in areas which are not visible but where a comfortable fit is most important and the Valplast in areas which are visible and do not demand thin materials to deliver comfort.
