Our appointment system caters for urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. If you need more time with your doctor, please book a long consultation. Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP. Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.

COVID-19 And Making Appointmentst

Call our reception to arrange an appointment for you.
Please notify reception before attending if you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath or you have travelled interstate or overseas recently or have been in the location hotspots or have been in contact with a positive COVID-19 case.
New Patients
All new patients will require a long consultation and will need to attend the clinic 10 minutes prior to the appointment to complete registration forms or you are welcome to download & complete the registration form on our forms page and bring it with you.
If you wish to transfer your records from another clinic you can download the Consent for Release form on our forms page.

Fees And Payments
Minor Emergencies
Any accidents at a workplace that require treatment will be charged to the patient. If the incident becomes a Worker's Compensation Claim, the patient will be responsible for the payment of all accounts until such time as we receive from the workplace or insurer a letter clearly stating that liability for the claim has been accepted. Upon receipt of such a letter any future accounts can be forwarded directly to the insurer or workplace. If you have any questions, please ask to speak with the Practice Manager.

General Practice
We provide healthcare for those who have a motor vehicle related injury. We will guide you through the process and provide specific holistic care. All accounts must be paid in full on the day of consultation until your insurer has accepted the claim.However, once accepted, all charges are sent directly to your insurer for payment.
